~Dragon Dance
~Waterfall
~Earthquake
~Stone Edge/Ice Fang
This Set here provides you with a very nice lead , which can cause your opponent quite a few problems. With Dragon Dance in the first slot to insure you to out speed Pokemon like Jolteon/Raikou/Rotom, And 1 Hit KO away with increased Atk. Then of course for the second slot waterfall for your STAB + the chance of a flinch. Also it being the very few choices for physical water moves. Next slot would be Earthquake to take care of some Def walls like Drapion/Registeel. The last slot Can be either be filled with one of these 2 moves Stone Edge which can take care of Flying types but has 80% chance of hitting meaning it isnt the most trust worthy move,but with its power off 100 and High Critical Ratio. It can be handy. The next choice would be Ice fang which would be 100% sure to at least bring pain to dragon types and even flying, Though only with 65 Atk it can be easily powered up with Dragon Dance + with its chance of inflicting Freeze affect.
